Presentation 1 - The QTO: Risks and Mitigation of 5D BIM Quantity Take Off, Keeley Pomeroy, AECOM
This presentation will look at how to control cost plan and estimate risk through conversations with project stakeholders, quality assurance systems and processes, and sensible data management. Learn about key BIM Execution Plan inputs to support QTO, how to manage 5D risks and add value to a project and the use of CostX for QTO and risk mitigation.
