Christian and Steve will present an early case study on the recently commenced Foodstuffs North Island Head Office project, a 9000m2, 3-level commercial office, forming part of a larger development including a 65,000m2 distribution warehouse. From design conception, the digital delivery of this project has been a key part of the client's requirements, which will be continued through construction and into the handover stage of the project. Topics covered will include;
• Coordination through the design phase
• Model handover to the main contractor
• Procurement of subcontractors and external BIM modelling resources
• Coordination and issue management through the construction coordination phase
• Looking ahead to client deliverables, including record drawings, models, and asset data
