Project Director, LT McGuinness
Jeff has a passion for Vertical Construction. Working in both Early Contractor Involvement roles on several key projects for LT McGuinness, and actively engaged with the delivery of Takinā, The Wellington Convention and Exhibition Centre, and The Site 9 building on Wellington’s Waterfront.
Having been involved in Main Contracting since he completed his Bachelor of Building Science at Victoria University, Jeff has been exposed to a live construction environment for his whole working life. After a 7-year stink travelling overseas and living in London, he returned to Wellington and has been employed by LT McGuinness, successfully delivering several large projects in the Commercial Construction landscape of Wellington.
Having worked his way through most roles in Construction from a Cadet, Site Manager through to a Project Manager Jeff brings his strong technical knowledge, construction methodology and commercial understanding to all stages of projects.
